About Gary L. Roland:

Gary Roland has been full-time in home and property sales since 1978. He immediately became a million-dollar producer and has since become a multi-million dollar producer. In 1983 he received his Broker's license and successfully served in management with one of Pensacola's largest and most aggressive firms from 1983-1993.

Roland received his Florida instructor's license in 1983 and has taught continually since then, all the while still selling millions of dollars worth of properties. For fourteen years he taught as the main instructor in Pensacola for a statewide school.  In 1997, he opened his own school, Roland, Inc. School of Real Estate.

Holding a master's degree and having both taught and administered at the college level, Roland is exceptional as an instructor! His background of success in education, sales, and management combines to make a unique, highly qualified instructor. The fact that he is still actively listing, marketing, and selling keeps the classes fresh as well as relevant to the current needs of students.

Gary Roland has established himself as the most outstanding instructor in the panhandle for both the salesperson's and broker's courses.  His purpose in teaching is that the material be understood by the students--thereby, not only do the students know the material for the exam, but they also know how to apply it in the state exam.  Roland's unique teaching methods keep the classes interesting and dynamic.  Students appreciate the numerous learning and memorization methods  that are woven throughout the class, making it easier to learn  the material and to retain it longer.

The course covers the practical application of the principles and practices, giving the newer agents the knowledge and application of such things as finding buyers and sellers, knowing how to determine the market values of properties, how to write the various types of purchase and sales agreements for buyers and sellers and how to write the numerous contingencies that may be necessary for particular buyers and sellers, how to compute net monies for sellers and buyers, etc.

Roland is a well-known and highly sought after instructor and seminar speaker.  He is an author, trainer and developer, counselor, marketing expert, successful salesman, businessman, entrepreneur, investor.  In personal home and property sales, he excels in pricing, marketing, listing and selling residential and investment properties and churches.    

Roland is married and has five children and three grandchildren. Since 1975 he has served on the staff of The Heritage Baptist Church of Pensacola. Esteemed among his peers, he served several terms as a director on the Santa Rosa County Board of Realtors and as its President in 1988.

Is Distance Education Most Beneficial For Your Needs?

Give serious consideration to the following:

1.     Is your computer and internet access adequate?

2.     Can you work on your computer in a quiet and uninterrupted atmosphere/setting?
