Course Description:
This is the 72-hour course required for one obtaining his/her Real Estate Broker's license. There are
69 hours of classroom instruction with the final three hours allocated for the end-of-course
exam. No more than eight hours can be missed and still qualify for taking the end-of-course
exam. Much of the material is parallel to that taught in pre-license; however, there is
greater detail given to closing costs, closing statements and financing requirements and
methods. Management details, office procedures and real estate law are given extensive
attention.
