Course Description:
        This state required 45-hour post-license course must be completed and passed prior to the end of the Sales Associate's initial license period. Failure to take and pass the course by the license expiration invalidates the license, and that person must then again meet all the pre-license requirements before doing any real estate services.

Broker Post-License Courses*:

Each of these classes provides 30 of the 60 hours required for the Brokers Post-License.

Be sure to check your license expiration to assure compliance with state requirements.
