Florida state law says that should you take a real estate course and not
pass the end-of-course exam, you must wait 30 days before taking another
end-of-course exam (unless you take the entire course again).
THE REQUIRED COURSE AND EXAM
CAN ALL BE COMPLETED ENTIRELYONLINE!
Florida state law requires that should one not pass the
end-of-course exam the first time, he/she must wait 30 days before
taking another end-of-course exam. So, if your license is
expiring March 31, 2008, you must pass the exam the first time,
since there is not time to take another exam before expiration.
Should one not pass, you would need to re-enroll and take the entire
course again prior to expiration.

Course Description: This state required 45-hour post-license course
must be completed and passed
prior to the end of the Sales Associate's initial license period. Failure to take
and pass the course by the license expiration invalidates the license, and that
person must then again meet all the pre-license requirements before doing any
real estate services.
Broker Post-License Courses*:
Each of these classes provides 30 of the 60 hours required for the Brokers Post-License.
Be sure to check your license expiration to assure compliance with state
requirements.

The value of taking this course
through Roland, Inc. School of Real Estate is in the instructor! If

you need to "get Roland"! The material is presented with a
freshness that can only come through one who enjoys teaching and has a
wealth of experience from listing and selling real estate and from

You'll be glad you had Gary
Roland for your instructor!
The course material covers many of those things learned in the pre-license class
with additional depth given. Appraising and financing are, in particular,
covered more extensively. State and federal laws regarding environmental
considerations are given greater consideration than in the pre-license
course.
