[For those who take Roland's Pre-License Course, there is a $75 discount on "The Nuts and Bolts of Real Estate--The Newer Agent's Quick-Start to Success."]Since it generally takes approximately six weeks for the state to process the application and to return notification, the student should be able to have that acceptance in hand when the evening classes end, so he/she won't have to wait 4 to 6 weeks after completing the class to take the state exam. This evening schedule also allows the students time to review, grasp and understand the course material so they don't have to take the course twice and so they better understand what they are doing after they get their licenses. The day-time schedule is designed to meet particular needs and give the students time in the afternoons to review and prepare. Application for the state exam should be sent in accordingly so as to be able to take the state exam as soon as possible after finishing the class.
Online Principles and Practices Course cost: $225, which gives a full year's 24/7 access to the fully-contained material and access to professional instructor help. (If one enrolls in the Online Course and wants to sit in the in-class course also, this is possible for the additional fee of $250, which includes the classroom textbook. Application can be made on-line by going to: http://www.myfloridalicense.com A "cram," pre-exam prep, class is offered on the Saturday preceding the evening end-of-the course exams to fully prepare the student, not only for the state exam, but also for the end-of-the-course exam. (It's not uncommon to hear a student say, "I wish I had taken Gary Roland's class first!") Some of the comments made by students after completing the pre-license course with Gary Roland are as follows: "I'm so glad I took Gary's class, so I didn't have to take the course a second time!" "The material was taught clearly so I could understand it." "I learned so much to help me in buying and selling property for myself!" "The class was so much more valuable than the cost!" "Gary's illustrations were from his own real estate experience and so helpful for when I get my license!" "If I'd had Gary for a math teacher in junior high, I could have been a rocket scientist! He did a superb job in math, making it simple and understandable." (Gary Roland will not attest as to the validity of his first sentence!) "Gary made learning fun! Wonderful stories and illustrations of subject matter. Drawings are truly pieces of art." (Roland will not certify the validity of that last statement, either.)

to prepare the students for

questions are presented so as to benefit and aid
the student rather than overwhelm and confuse. In no way are the questions represented as being questions known to be or to have been on the
