Gary L. Roland, Master Instructor, does NOT teach just to the end-of-course exam–so the students can pass the end-of-course exam, but CANNOT pass the state exam to get their license. Roland teaches ALL the course material to the students’ understanding, so they can pass both the end-of-course exam AND the state exam and have a jump-start on a new career. Cost for the In-Class Sales Associate Pre-License (PP&L I) Course:  $495 (Includes 1-Year Limitless Attendance to the 63-Hour Course Classroom Instruction, the scheduled End-Of-Course Exam, the Course Textbook, and the Course Pass Certificate which is required for taking the state exam.  The cost of the course is reduced to $480 for those who pay for the class at least one week prior to class beginning.  Payment can be made by mailing a check, calling in credit card information to (850) 748-6200, or coming by the School located at 8443 Pensacola Blvd.; Pensacola, FL 32534.  You can be reimbursed for the cost of this Pre-License Course!

CRAM FOR THE EXAM–A SPECIAL 1-DAY CLASS TO FINE TUNE THE STUDENT FOR THE END-OF-COURSE EXAM AND THE STATE EXAM.  IT IS SCHEDULED FOR THE SATURDAYS (MEETING FROM 8 AM TO 4 PM) BEFORE THE SCHEDULED END-OF-COURSE EXAMS. 

COST: $85 (There is a $20 discount for those who took the pre-license course through Roland, Inc. School of Real Estate):
