About the Instructor

Gary Roland has been full-time in real estate since 1978.  He immediately became a million-dollar producer and has quickly become a multi-million-dollar producer.  In 1983 he received his Broker’s license and successfully served in management with one of Pensacola’s largest real estate firms from 1983-1993.  This combination of selling and management experience has made Roland an exceptional real estate instructor!

In 1983, Roland earned his Florida Real Estate Instructor’s License and has continually taught licensing courses ever since.  Seeing the opportunity to better aid students, he opened Roland, Inc. School of Real Estate in 1997.  Having a Master’s Degree and having taught and administered at the college level, Roland is an unequaled real estate instructor!  His background in sales, management, and education combine to make a unique, highly qualified instructor.  He authored a much needed “The Nuts and Bolts of Real Estate–The Newer Agent’s Quick Start to Success” course to give newer students the tools needed to become more successful more quickly after getting their licenses.

Having taught in both high school and college, Roland’s instruction is dynamic and animated, giving the students pertinant illustrations and explanations of the concepts to make them memorable for the students.  Varied methods of learning and understanding are used since students differ in their means of comprehension and recall.

Roland is married and has 5 children and 13 grandchildren, and has served on the staff of The Heritage Baptist Church of Pensacola since 1975.  Esteemed among his peers, he served several terms as a Director on the Santa Rosa County Board of Realtors and also served as President of the Santa Rosa County Board of Realtors.

An evening Pre-License Class begins about every 6 weeks: a daytime Pre-License Class begins about every third month.
